Trio of tenants at Marshall’s Cheshire offices

Marshall CDP has reported new tenants at Admiral Court, within its Cheshire Business Park development near Northwich.

Comms Care relocated from offices in Crewe to two units in Admiral Court totalling 13,500 sq ft on a 13-year lease.

ITC Consulting and KBC Advanced Technologies have both agreed five-year leases for 4,000 sq ft units each. The quoting rent for the scheme is £14.50/sq ft.

Admiral Court comprises 11 self-contained office buildings ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft. The court is the first speculative phase of the wider business park and is now 50% occupied. Travelodge and Marstens Pub earlier opened on the front of the park.

Cushman & Wakefield is joint letting agent with Fifield Glyn. Jonathan Baucher of Cushman & Wakefield said: "We have not been surprised by the success of Admiral Court and the fact that it continues to attract new occupiers. Cheshire is one of the most affluent counties in the country and as many businesses in the region are continually looking at their operational requirements for new premises, Admiral Court offers exceptional high quality office accommodation in an unrivalled environment, with excellent motorway links and so appeals to occupiers looking to relocate."
