Industrial cleaning supplies business Davis & Moore has acquired a 42,500 sq industrial building as part of an ongoing expansion strategy.

Davies Harrison Real Estate represented the buyer, leading to Davis Moore adding a 42,511 sq ft property within a 2.11-acre site to its holdings.

Davis Moore already owns the neighbouring building, and intends for the additional property to be incorporated seamlessly within its existing operations, once a refurbishment is undertaken – Crown Records Management had occupied the space as tenant until this March.

Davies Harrison secured the Trafford Park Road property following a competitive best bids process.

Rick Davies of Davies Harrison said: “Davis & Moore had a clear requirement to expand its Trafford Park operation, and the proximity of this building made it an ideal strategic fit.

“Through our proactive approach and detailed market knowledge, we were able to identify and secure this opportunity for them, even in an intense best bids environment. We are delighted to have delivered a result that directly supports its growth plans.”
