Three Point Business Park fully occupied
Property developer and investor Hurstwood has secured a number of lettings at the business park in Haslingden, Lancashire.
Gardening firm MN Gardening Services has signed a 12-month lease on the 1,600 sq ft unit 16 at the 55,250 sq ft Three Point Business Park.
Start-up company Packaging Supplies UK, which sells packages to national manufacturers, has signed a three-year lease on 2,900 sq ft unit 10 at the site.
AGI Limited has taken 2,900 sq ft unit 7, while APV has also signed to 1,400 sq ft unit 9. All rental agreements were not disclosed.
They join other tenants including pet food supplier Black Flea and building and roofing product manufacturer Building Chemical Solutions at the site.
Tracy Clavell-Bate, Hurstwood's sales and letting manager, said: "We are delighted that the site is fully occupied for the first time since it was built in 2002. This is an indication that the economy is starting to recover and also the value we are able to offer to businesses."
Based at Navigation Business Park in Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales, with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
