Three hires for Fletcher Rae
Manchester-based architect practice Fletcher Rae has expanded its team with three architectural technicians, taking its headcount up to 26.
Adam Sidat has joined from AHR and specialises in BIM management; this will be his focus in his new role, alongside working on Fletcher Rae’s energy-from-waste projects.
Chris Nutter has been hired from Gilling Dod, where he specialised in the healthcare sector, while George Worton has relocated from London, where he worked at Steffian Bradley Architects, and will focus on the retail sector in his new role. All three joined the company in December.
Projects Fletcher Rae is working on include Beacon 62 in Huyton for Henry Boot Barnfield; and Redsun’s 450,000 sq ft industrial development at Hooton Park. The practice is also advising Cheshire West & Chester Council on a proposed masterplan for Weaver Square.
Bob Fletcher of Fletcher Rae comments: “Last year was an exceptional year for us and with more than 10 million sq ft of new projects already in the pipeline for 2019, we recognise the importance of expanding our team across all sectors.
“We are pleased to welcome Adam, Chris and George on board and are confident that their combined skill set will further complement those of our in-house experts.”
