Threadneedle signs language school in Liverpool

An institutional client of Threadneedle Property Investments has let 13,500 sq ft of offices over two floors in New Barratt House in North John Street to the Liverpool International Language Academy on a 10-year lease.

The property is now 75% let, with a single floor of 6,750 sq ft remaining. Connect Business Solutions also took a whole floor in the building earlier this year.

David Colvin, of joint letting agent Matthews & Goodman, said: "The building is perfect for educational type uses, as the building has the benefit of both office and D1 training, medical etc planning consents. Very generous incentives remain on offer."

Hitchcock Wright & Partners act jointly with Matthews & Goodman as letting agents.
