The Rock comprises 620,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation and will include 1,250 car parking spaces on site.
The Rock includes anchor stores Debenhams and Marks and Spencer, alongside other flagship retailers including Next, River Island, H&M, and Primark, and Cult.
The leisure element of the scheme consists of a 10-screen multiplex Vue cinema and an AMF 24-lane bowling and family entertainment centre. Eight popular restaurants including Pizza Express, Frankie & Benny's and Flaming Dragon will also be situated at The Rock.
