TCS strengthens regional team

Town Centre Securities, the developer behind the £250m rebirth of Piccadilly Basin, has appointed two new managers to its Manchester team.

Jonathon Miller joins as business development manager from London agency Kalmars, and Kirsty Shearer arrives as corporate relations manager from consulting engineers Martin Stockley Associates.

Richard Lewis, development director for TCS, said: "Jonathon's experience of over 20 years in the industry will assist in the acquisition of investment and development opportunities for TCS in Manchester."

Piccadilly Basin is a major mixed-use redevelopment of canalside land behind Piccadilly Station and includes the new BDP office shown above, to the rear of the new recruits.
