Symphony names grounds maintenance partners

Symphony Housing Group has announced the triumphant bidders in its search for grounds maintenance providers at a variety of sites controlled by group organisations Contour Homes, Liverpool Housing Trust and Peak Valley Housing.

The total value of the contracts combined is £5.2m, with the work being divided up into seven lots. Bolton-based Assist Managed Services won three lots, covering Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire, which are worth £444,000, £329,000 and £494,000 respectively.

Glendale Grounds Management, based in Preston, will take care of Hattersley in a contract worth £335,000.

The Runcorn lot has gone to London-based Pinnacle Housing, while the Merseyside lot and the Rivers Estate lot, valued at £3.5m, has been awarded to Bicester’s Continental Landscapes.
