Strong interest in landmark Hale building

Interest in a landmark building in Hale, Manchester, has reached high levels according to joint selling agents Colliers CRE.

St. Baldreds Hall, located on Ashley Road in Hale, is available as a freehold property, set within a conservation area.

The plot features a detached private members' social club with a gross external area of 10,431 sq ft and total site area of 0.51 acres.

Colliers CRE has been appointed as joint selling agents with Knutsford-based Meller Braggins.

Mike Brassington, director at the Manchester office of Colliers CRE, said: "As the property is well-known locally, residents of Hale are very interested in prospective purchasers; we have had serious interest from several parties."

  • Interested buyers should submit written proposals by 12pm Friday 1 August to Meller Braggins, 35/37 Princess Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6BP and marked 'Hale Conservative Club Tender'.
