Stonebridge fills up for St Modwen
The regeneration specialist has let a further four units and secured a lease renewal from a current tenant at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool, leaving one unit remaining in the eastern part of the site.
Manufacturer and distributor Optima Bathrooms has taken a five-year lease on a 3,300 sq ft unit, while two units of 2,500 sq ft each have been let to Silverfinger Print and Northern Switchgear, also on five-year terms.
A further 2,500 sq ft has been let to Tammany UK on a three-year lease, with Proflo Engineering agreeing to renew its tenancy on a 5,600 sq ft workspace for another five years. The only remaining unit at Stonebridge East is the 3,350 sq ft Unit 4.
David Nuttall, development manager at St Modwen, said: “We are extremely pleased with the level of occupier interest at Stonebridge East so far, demonstrating there is a demand for high quality industrial accommodation in the area.
“These latest additions indicate St Modwen’s continued commitment to bringing new business to this popular and well-connected business park.”
St Modwen has also finished the development of an additional 63,700 sq ft of speculative warehouse accommodation at Stonebridge West across four detached units. The developer has agreed a pre-sale on one unit to Almond Catering Supplies.
Stonebridge Business Park is a 30-acre development comprising industrial and office accommodation, offering direct access to the A580, a mile from junction 4 of the M57.
