St Modwen brings two to Chamberhall

The regeneration developer’s industrial and logistics team has completed deals for 26,000 sq ft at its Bury business park.

The first phase of development at St Modwen’s Chamberhall Business Park completed in May and involved the delivery of 130,000 sq ft of warehouse space across 14 units.

The new arrivals at the scheme are retail promotion specialist Spot Promotions, which has taken 11,000 sq ft, and fabrics importer Premier Textiles, which has signed for 15,000 sq ft.

Chamberhall Business Park is already home to occupiers including JD Sports, TNT and Polyfloor. The 17-acre park is located to the north west of Bury town centre and is accessed from the A56.
