St Helens residential site for sale
A 31-acre site in Sutton, which has planning permission for up to 352 homes, has been put on the market.
The plot is currently owned by a company within Suttons Group, which operates from 450,000 sq ft of industrial buildings on the lot.
The development includes permission to demolish the warehouses.
JLL is the agent on the site and is overseeing the bidding process.
The site is at the intersection of Sherdley Road and Elton Head Road at Linkway in St Helens. Residential neighbourhoods currently exist to the south and west of the site. To the east lies St Helens Linkway Road, next to the Sherdley Park and golf course.
Project Properties and St Helens Council gained planning permission in June 2018. Escape Urbanists designed the scheme.
My wife and I live very close to the areato be developed and have been told there are lot of asbestos in the warehouse buildings if this is true wil proper measures be taken to protect locals.
