Spinningfields markets space with new website

Manchester's Spinningfields office development has created a new website to help manage enquiries it receives for its retail, corporate and promotional space.

The site – www.spaceatspinningfields.com – markets space within the estate and gives a breakdown for prospective tenants, including site plans, floor plans and images.

The Allied London development has around 100 commercial tenants employing about 16,000 staff.

Mike Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: "Despite the current climate in the property market, Spinningfields has continued to prove the location of choice for a broad range of businesses, from SMEs, to niche companies, independents and large corporate firms.

"The number of enquiries we are receiving on a daily basis has led to the creation of this new website, so that we can showcase the available space for each sector and do our utmost to accommodate each prospective tenant via digital media. This will then be developed using the full range of social media."

Website looks a bit amateurish when you consider the size and status of the scheme it is meant to be promoting.
