VtV Solutions has taken a 2,137 sq ft unit on a new three-year lease at £6.00/sq ft at Spencer Holdings' Hanson Park Industrial Estate in Middleton.
Hanson Park is a 10,112 sq ft multi-let industrial estate of five units ranging from 1,946 to 2,137 sq ft. Other occupiers include GL Flow and PTT Installations.
Each of the parties represented themselves.
