Spec shed complete at Trafford Park

DTZ Investors and Graftongate have completed the speculative development of a 65,000 sq ft warehouse at Trafford Park, with Savills and JLL jointly instructed as letting agents.

The facility, known as M, is located on Longbridge Road in the Ashburton Point area of the estate, a 22-acre industrial park which is occupied by a mix of national and regional firms including Gate Gourmet and Globus.

Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills Manchester, said: “M at Ashburton Point has delivered much needed new warehouse space at a time when supply across the North West is extremely constrained. The very well-connected location makes it ideal for a wide range of occupiers and we are already in talks with a number of interested parties.”
