SME adviser moves to Quays

Winning Pitch, a specialist provider of high growth coaching services, has relocated from Central Park to a larger office at Exchange Quay in Salford Quays.

Heather Lomas, operations director of Winning Pitch, said: "Due to the recent growth of the business we had outgrown our existing office and Exchange Quay provides everything we were looking for in new office premises. It is ideally located and its generous onsite parking and Metrolink station provide easy access for both clients and staff. The secure office environment and the facilities available on site meet our everyday requirements."

Winning Pitch has taken the 4,185 sq ft Suite 8 in Building 8 on a five-year lease. Winning Pitch is part of a consortium of delivering the government's new Growth Accelerator service.

James Dickinson of letting agents Canning O'Neill said: "This letting reflects a general upturn in enquiries and with Exchange Quay offering quality accommodation on flexible and affordable terms it is well placed to benefit from its close proximity to Media City."

Canning O'Neill and Savills acted on behalf of Exchange Quay Master Trust. Winning Pitch was unrepresented.
