Skincity signs at Centre Park
The skincare products provider has signed a five-year lease on 10,600 sq ft at the Warrington office park.
Skincity UK has relocated to 2 Lakeside, a self-contained office building within Centre Park, from its previous office at Chapelhouse Barn in Lower Whitley.
The firm will pay rent of £14/ sq ft.
The landlord, Herbert Street Property Investments, was represented by Knight Frank and BE Group while Skincity was represented by Edwards & Co.
Other occupiers at Centre Park, south of Warrington town centre, include engineering solutions providers Boulting Group and Spie, and accountancy firm Brookson.
Oliver Woodall, senior surveyor at Edwards & Co, said: “During challenging times, it is encouraging to work with a fast-growing and forward-thinking client that is keen to invest in their workspace.“
Mark Bamber, partner at Knight Frank, added: “This letting is testament to the strength of occupier demand in the Warrington office market, which has continued to perform exceptionally well in difficult times.”
