Sigma adds to PRS team

Affordable private rented specialist Sigma Capital has made two appointments to its Manchester office as part of its growth strategy in the region.
Steven Brewster joined as development manager from J&E Shepherd Surveyors. He is responsible for the planning, acquisition and delivery of Sigma’s PRS schemes across the Midlands and Southern England.
Victoria Hurcomb joined as marketing manager, having previously spent over two years at Refinery Marketing Communications.
Hannah Spray joined before the summer from CLS as asset manager to supervise the company’s property portfolio across the North West.
Sigma employs 12 people in Manchester, out of 26 nationwide. The other offices are in Edinburgh and London.
