Shoosmiths picks Spinningfields for regional base

National law firm Shoosmiths has taken nine desks on an interim basis at Regus serviced offices in 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, to launch its Manchester operation in January.
Shoosmiths has been linked with Vantage Point, the under construction scheme by Hardman Estates in Spinningfields, for a permanent 10,000 sq ft base.
The firm, which plans to reach 60 staff in Manchester, will focus on mortgage shortfall recovery following repossession.
