Segro signs pair in Rochdale

Segro reported two new deals at Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale.

Romac Technical Services, a specialist distribution company, has taken a 4,696 sq ft unit at a headline rent of £5.50/sq ft. The company will be relocating its operations from Birchwood in Warrington.

Existing occupier Bibby Distribution has consolidated into a 41,360 sq ft unit on a 5-year term at a headline rent of £4.25/sq ft.

King Sturge and Savills acted for Segro. SBH acted for Bibby Distribution.
