Final funding secured for £200m Western Distributor

The housebuilder has submitted plans for the second phase of its D’Urton Manor development in Fulwood, Preston, bringing the total of homes at the site up to 329.

Czero Developments and Buttress Architects have submitted a planning application to Preston City Council, for the residential conversion of the grade two-listed St Joseph’s Orphanage.

Following a consultation earlier this year, the housebuilder has submitted plans for 125 homes on the plot off Jepps Lane, near the M6.

Trafford Housing Trust, L&Q, and Willmott Dixon have formed a joint venture to deliver a £47m, 250-home scheme on Homes England’s D’Urton Lane site in Preston.

Prospect Homes has secured reserved matters consent for 113 houses at the former TDG European Chemicals site on Whittingham Road, Longridge.

The housebuilder’s plans for 34 homes on a greenfield site in Preston will return to the council’s planning committee this week, after a decision was deferred in April.

Up to 750 houses are set to be built on the 120-acre site of the former Whittingham Asylum near Preston under proposals put forward by Homes England.
