PLANNING | Sefton approves two large extra-care schemes

One of the tallest buildings outside of London could be coming to Merseyside under proposals for a hotel and apartment scheme from Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group. 

The housebuilder’s plans for almost 1,000 homes on the former Eccleston Park Golf Club have proved controversial.
