Legacie secures £20m Maslow backing

A 185-home development in Litherland is set to be approved by Sefton council on Wednesday.

This year will see fresh services launched including a development map to complement news stories and branded content production for partners.

Urbanbubble, the Manchester-based residential property manager, aims to hire 150 new staff and double its earnings in 2020 as it expands the business.

Applications for residential schemes across Liverpool have been approved at the city council's planning committee, including apartments targeted at key workers and students, alongside two additional hotels.

Entrepreneur Colin Shenton, founder of pay-per-minute co-working space Ziferblat, said Liverpool would be the next North West location for co-living concept Oppidan after the success of Manchester's Swan Street.  

Liverpool City Council is planning to submit an application this month for the remediation of the 28-acre development zone within Festival Gardens, as part of a timeline to deliver up to 1,500 homes on the former landfill.

Peel L&P and Your Housing Group "are exploring opportunities to work together" to build the delayed 31-storey tower at Princes Dock, with the construction contract being retendered after ISG was previously tipped the deliver the scheme.
