SDL Auctions expands with two new valuers

SDL Auctions has appointed two commercial auctions valuers, as it expands its team covering Manchester and the wider region.

Peter Eustance joins SDL Auctions North West from CoStar, where he was account manager, while Howard Elliot-Jones joins from Fairhurst Estates, where he was agency director.

Eustance worked at Costar for three years, and previously was at CBRE for 16 years.

Elliot-Jones was at Fairhurst Estates for nearly ten years, specialising in valuations, rent reviews and agency disposals in the motor trade, roadside and plant hire sectors.

The appointments come shortly before SDL Auctions North West’s first auction in Manchester on 19 July, and follows the appointment of residential auctions valuer Andy Thompson in May.
