Savills hires in Manchester

Savills has appointed Matthew Gioia as associate in its property management team.
Gioia joined after four years at Workman where he specialised in the management of retail and leisure parks. At Savills he will focus on portfolio co-ordination plus retail and leisure park management for clients including British Land.
Matthew Whiteley, director at Savills in Manchester, said: "Matthew's retail management experience will make him a valuable addition to our expanding team and the wider property management division. We are pleased to be starting the New Year by welcoming him to the business."
There are 18 people in the property management team based in Savill's Booth Street office in Manchester.
