Savills appoints seven directors in Manchester

Jamie Adam, Freddie Guest, Daniel Barnes, Neil Unsworth, Stuart Longden, Adam Broome, and Alastair McNair have all been promoted.

Adam is part of Savills residential development sales group. Guest is a member of the UK investment team and Barnes is in the business space department. Unsworth, Longden, and Broome are all in the property management division. McNair is with lettings.

“I would like to offer a huge congratulations to all of these individuals on these very well-deserved promotions,” said James Evans, head of Savills Manchester.

“They have all worked very hard to consistently deliver excellent service to their clients in what has been a challenging year, and have a played a key role in the success of our North West offices.”

It’d be interesting to know why Savills are making so many promotions at this time. Are they restructuring because things are so buoyant that they can afford / need more people in senior positions, or have all these people really performed so well that they deserve being rewarded? Whatever the reasons, being so focused on the men rising to the top of the top really isn’t a good look.
