Russell reports £2m pre-sales in Rhosneigr

Russell Homes, the residential division of Manchester-based Russells Construction, has sold five units off-plan at its Waterfront scheme in Anglesey where prices start at £385,000.

The holiday home complex designed by Reid Architects is now on site and set for completion in summer 2012.

There will be nine apartments and three 1,600 sq ft townhouses in total, finished in the local vernacular white render and slate and all with beach access via a private slip road.

Andrew Russell, managing director of Russell Homes, said: "To secure off-plan sales for the Waterfront during the current climate is quite remarkable but is reflective of both the quality of the specification and the incredible beachside location of the development. Our buyers are families and discerning couples from across the North West area who are looking for a home or holiday home in a great location, that also offers a great investment for the future. I'm delighted to see work start on site and look forward to the show home launch next year."
