RSM UK takes 14,000 sq ft at Barings’ Landmark 

The audit, tax and consulting firm has signed a 15-year lease on the ninth floor of the Manchester office building. 

RSM UK is relocating 300 staff from 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields to its new 14,000 sq ft Manchester base just off St Peter’s Square. 

The firm has become the latest firm to sign up at Barings Real Estate’s 180,000 sq ft Landmark and will join JLL, HSBC, Allianz and Grant Thornton in the building. 

“RSM UK is a welcome addition to our global tenant roster at Landmark,” said Ian Mayhew, managing director of UK real estate asset management at Barings. 

“We are confident that our best-in-class building will help enable all our occupiers to meet their own corporate ESG commitments whilst creating exceptional working environments for their valued employees.” 

Kevin Duffy, RSM UK’s regional managing partner in the North West, added: “We are delighted to be moving our Manchester team to Landmark in St. Peter’s Square.  

“This is a major milestone in our journey to grow our business in the North West. The development’s focus on sustainability and technology also accommodates our approach to hybrid working, allowing us to create a flexible, collaborative and exciting environment for our staff.” 

Barings was advised by CBRE, Colliers and JLL. RSM was advised by JLL.
