Roma Finance creates leadership team
Charged with framing and executing the Manchester-based lender’s business strategy, the six-strong team will report to commercial director Michael Allison and finance director Matt Severs.
The new Roma Finance leadership team will comprise head of credit and risk Lorraine Hart, head of collections Deborah Chaplain, business architect Adam Bates, head of marketing and communications Charlotte Rutter, sales operation manager Lisa Toner, and customer services manager Tina Parry.
Parry and Toner were recently promoted to their management roles, having worked for the company for eight and four years, respectively.
“I have been with Roma since the early days and have worn many hats,” Parry said, adding that she was excited to take on this new leadership role.
“I, along with my colleagues in the leadership team have received such support from the board and as a whole team have achieved huge strides, putting Roma where it is today,” she continued.
Commercial director Allison had nothing but praise for the Roma team.
“Roma really invests in its people and we have the best team we have ever had right now,” he said.
“As we grow we need to empower our team and this is perfect time to create this organisational structure with inspirational and innovative leaders,” Allison continued. “I would like to personally congratulate every member of the leadership team on their collective achievements. It is a very exciting time to be part of this business.”
