Rogers joins Muse Developments

Stuart Rogers has joined the developer as project director after nearly five years at Faithful + Gould.

Rogers has worked on several major regeneration schemes including Mayfield, ID Manchester, Salford Crescent and Airport City.

Prior to his time at Faithful + Gould, Rogers worked as a project manager at RPS and AA Projects. He joined Faithful + Gould in July 2017 as regional director before being promoted to the board in December 2020.

At Muse Developments, he will lead the delivery of a mixture of developments across the North West, with a focus on sustainability.

Major projects on Muse’s books at present include the £2.5bn Salford Crescent masterplan and the ongoing regeneration of New Bailey and Chapel Street.

“Muse is one of the leading sustainable regenerators of towns and cities across the UK. I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth into some major projects in the North West region,” Rogers said.

“What excites me most about joining Muse is that it’s not just about the bricks and mortar, it’s about creating schemes with a social conscience that are there to benefit both the community and the place long term.”

Phil Marsden, director of project management for Muse in the North, added: “Stuart joins at a really exciting time and will bolster our project management team as our portfolio continues to expand.

“Stuart has some excellent experience and a passion for sustainability. He will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest mixed-use, sustainable developments in the region. As a business, we’re pushing hard to grow to help more communities in towns and cities benefit from our holistic and innovative approach to regeneration.”
