Roger Hannah boosts valuation team to four

Matthew McCaul has joined Roger Hannah & Co as a senior surveyor to work alongside its valuation team at its Manchester office on Parsonage Gardens.

McCaul joins after spending nine years in Germany, where he worked for Deka Immobilien, JLL, and CBRE. He started his career in Manchester at planner Rapleys, and will specialise in commercial property in his new role.

His appointment brings Roger Hannah’s Greater Manchester valuation team to four, which also includes head of valuation Jonathan Harrison; director Stephen Lashmar; and senior surveyor Paul Lowe.

The company now employs around 50 people at its Parsonage Gardens office.
