Roger Hannah bolsters property management team
Dan McCarthy, Eliot Gannon, and Antonia Nestor are the three latest recruits for the Manchester-based company, whose property management division has increased its headcount by 75% over the past year.
Roger Hannah’s property management team is expected to be 35 strong by the end of this quarter, up from 20 the year before. The growth, which included the acquisition of Strategic Property Management in September, has led to the division managing a portfolio of assets worth more than £1bn – with a new, 3m sq ft instruction due to be announced next quarter.
McCarthy is the most senior of the recruits, joining the company as a director after nine years at MAPP. He previously worked at Workman.
He described his new employer as having “a strong reputation” and stated that “the opportunity to help lead delivery across high-value portfolios was a major draw”.
“My focus will be on service delivery for both clients and occupiers, while also supporting the continued development and scaling of the team,” he continued. “There is clear momentum in the team, and I’m excited to be part of the next stage of that journey.”
Like McCarthy, Gannon’s CV includes time at Workman. He was most recently employed at JLL where he was a senior surveyor. At Roger Hannah, he has joined as an associate director.
Nestor has also been brought on as an associate director, joining the firm from Avison Young, where she was a senior facilities manager for nearly seven years.
Roger Hannah’s head of property management, director Andrew Sutcliffe, described the hires as “an important step in the continued growth of our property management business”.
He later added: “The new instruction starting in Q2 reflects the confidence clients are placing in our team, and Dan, Eliot, and Antonia each bring the experience, leadership and client focus needed to help us deliver at scale.
“Their appointments strengthen our senior capability and support the next phase of our growth.”
