Roberts joins Christopher Dee
Investment agent Adam Roberts has left Zaman Roberts, the business he founded with Rehan Zaman in 2013, to become Christopher Dee’s fourth partner.
The move strengthens Christopher Dee’s offering and enhances the breadth and depth of expertise available to clients, the company said.
Over the last 20 years, Roberts has played a role in numerous large transactions across the region.
Recent deals include advising Urban Splash on the sale of Bonded Tea Warehouse in Liverpool and acting for W Maher & Son on the acquisition of Air Products in Carrington.
Roberts joins founder Chris Bathurst and fellow partners Adam Wildig and Chris Dudhill in Christopher Dee’s Altrincham head office.
“Adam shares our values of integrity, dedication, and client-led service,” Bathurst said.
“His expertise will help us continue to grow while ensuring we maintain the high standards that have defined our practice for more than two decades.”
Founded in 1999, Christopher Dee has recently advised Barnfield on the sale of a 60,000 ft industrial asset in Carnforth.
Christopher Dee also acted for Peel on the disposal of Digital World Centre at MediaCity.
Zaman Roberts will continue to trade as normal following the departure of Roberts.
