Roberts Gardner signs to St Modwen business park

Roberts Gardner Architects is to open a new northern office at St Modwen's Business Park in Prescot, Knowsley.

The Gloucester-based company is to lease a 600 sq ft office suite at the 12-acre park, where tenants also include local electrical contractors Electech, which has taken a 1,309 sq ft unit; and Screen King, which is renting a 937 sq ft industrial unit.

Mike Howsie, St Modwen's development manager, said: "The ability for local businesses to acquire units as small as those which we have on offer at Prescot is relatively rare. As a consequence, we are seeing a strong take-up from office and light industrial occupiers seeking smart modern accommodation on a well managed attractive estate with good amenities nearby and in close proximity to the motorway network."
