RLB moves into city centre

Rider Levett Bucknall has leased 9,300 sq ft within the 63,000 sq ft One King Street, relocating 70 staff from its current office in Salford Quays into the centre of Manchester.

Epic UK is the owner of One King Street, and recently refurbished the building. RLB has agreed a lease for the fourth floor.

Epic UK’s leasing agent, Nick Nelson of Sixteen Real Estate, said: “The letting to RLB is a great coup for One King Street, with RLB following in the footsteps of MWR who also moved to the building from an out of town location into the city centre. The main attraction for both being staff retention, future recruitment drives and the abundance of amenities on the doorstep of the building.”

RLB was advised on the acquisition by Tenant Advisory Group.
