RK takes Altrincham sub-let

Mechanical and electrical installation firm EMCOR has sub-let offices in Altrincham's Century House to national recruitment company RK Group.

RK Group will relocate from Denzel House to take 6,119 sq ft of space in the privately owned town centre building.

CB Richard Ellis advised EMCOR on the deal.
