Place North West returns to Museum of Science & Industry Manchester for this event on family PRS

REGISTER NOW: Housing the Forgotten Majority

This special half-day conference, in association with Placefirst, will examine opportunities for creating communities in the private rented sector, concentrating on those neighbourhoods beyond the city centre PRS apartment market.

The event will provide a critical view of the PRS industry, and topics will include funding models, forming partnerships between developers and local authorities, changing tenant demographics, designing sustainable communities and accelerating supply to tackle the crisis in the provision of housing for working families and other households that rely on the private rented sector for their housing needs.

Senior representatives from the following organisations have already been secured to speak at this free-to-attend event:

Full speaker details will be announced in due course.

The format will feature a mixture of presentations, case studies and panel discussions. There will be ample opportunity for you to put questions about your projects and test concepts for family PRS to the speakers, all are experts already actively delivering rental housing.

Housing the Forgotten Majority is due to take place at Museum of Science & Industry on Thursday 23 November, starting from 8am and finishing at 12 noon followed by lunch.
