Kicking off at 10am on Thursday 3 October, this free investment tour of Morecambe lines up with the city council’s hunt for a preferred regeneration development partner for the former Frontierland site. This site has potential for commercial, leisure, hospitality, or mixed-use – especially with the opening of Eden Project Morecambe nearby.
The day will include a site visit, presentations, lunch, and networking opportunities. The event concludes at 1.30pm.
Given the nature of the event and limited space, only two individuals per company may attend. This tour is also geared specifically to developers.
