Redsun agrees pair of pre-lets at 100,000 sq ft Bromborough industrial
Goodyear Tyres and Easy Bathrooms have signed 10-year leases on a combined 9,700 sq ft of trade counter space at The Croft.
The deals are the first to be signed at phase two of the Bromborough scheme, which is being developed by Redsun Projects.
Phase two, built by Portal Construction, comprises 28,000 sq ft of industrial space. Goodyear, trading as HiQ Tyres & Autocare has signed for 4,000 sq ft and Easy Bathrooms has taken 5,700 sq ft. There are a further four units still available.
Phase one comprises 70,000 sq ft and is fully let to Shurgard Self Storage and Medequip. Gastronomy Properties have also developed a Starbucks and Wendy’s drive-thru on the five-acre site next to The Croft Retail Park.
Mark Diaper, director at Legat Owen, joint agents for the scheme with B8RE, said: “Following the success of phase one, with high-profile companies choosing this prominent location to do business, this second phase at The Croft is another important milestone for the project.
“Both of these pre-lets represent new locations for HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Easy Bathrooms. The market remains strong with minimal stock available on the Wirral. The new Starbucks and Wendys operating adjacent have provided excellent amenities that draw in both businesses and customers to the area.”
Fletcher Rae Architects designed the scheme and Langton Development Services acting is the project manager.
