Recruitment firm takes space at Hampton House

JHP Employability has occupied the entire 3,785 sq ft second floor of Hampton House in Middleton.

The national organisation, which provides recruitment services to potential employers and individuals looking for employment opportunities, has signed a seven year lease for an undisclosed sum.

Daniel Bourmad, partner at Knight Frank, which acted on behalf of the private landlord, said: "JHP Employability has been looking to acquire several centres across the UK that were ideally close to job centres and had good accessibility for the general public to visit the building. Hampton House is ideally located to suit JHP's requirements and this latest letting leaves just one floor remaining in the building on competitive terms."

Hampton House is located on the roundabout adjacent to the New Middleton Arena and Tesco in Middleton town centre, and offers 11,355 sq ft of office accommodation spread over three storeys.

Knight Frank acted jointly with the Landwood Group on behalf of the landlord.
