Ramada Salford Quays for sale

The Ramada hotel at Salford Quays is on the market alongside the Ramada Mailbox in Birmingham for a combined £22m.

The 142-bedroom hotel in Trafford Road has a bar, restaurant, conferencing and business facilities.

Both hotels are currently operated by Shiva under flexible franchise agreements from Wyndham.

The properties are being marketed by JLL and Savills as an opportunity for investors to potentially develop the hotels into four-star brands.
