Prospect plans Skelmersdale office park

Warrington-based developer Prospect has submitted plans to West Lancashire council for a four-acre business park and hotel at White Moss near Skelmersdale.

The plans include 69,000 sq ft of offices at the site, just off J4 of the M58. Knight Frank has been retained as agent on the scheme.
