Promotions at Tuffin Ferraby Taylor

The independent property and construction consultancy, has announced a wave of promotions and recruitment, including in its Manchester office.

Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown is promoted to senior building surveyor at TFT Manchester. Brown continues to specialise in technical due diligence, dilapidations and contract administration.

Mark Day, mechanical and electrical engineer, joins TFT Bristol as senior associate in the TFT M+E team. He joins from Malcolm Hollis and will primarily focus on delivering technical due diligence, M+E maintenance management and planned project maintenance works.

Daniel O’Connor has been promoted to technical partner and continues to focus on support for refurbishments and development at educational establishments. He is based at TFT Guildford.

Andrew Ferrznolo is promoted to senior associate. Ferrznolo is a chartered building surveyor and also a member of the association for project managers. He is based at TFT’s London head office.

Sophie Willetts has been promoted to associate at TFT London. Willetts is a chartered building surveyor and specialises in refurbishments and contract administration for TFT’s UK and European clients.

Jonathan Williams has been promoted to associate within TFT Bristol. Williams is a chartered building surveyor and delivers multi-disciplinary property support for clients.

Susan Cotterill joins TFT as Head of Finance based at TFT Guildford and joins from Explore Learning.
