Promotions at Powell Williams
Building consultancy Powell Williams has announced the promotion of four members of staff across various offices.
Following annual reviews, the firm's partners have confirmed the following staff promotions:
- Nicholas Jones in the London office has been promoted from senior surveyor to associate
- Matthew Baker from the Birmingham team has been promoted from senior surveyor to associate
- Glyn Parry has progressed from surveyor to senior surveyor in the Chester office
- Matthew Carswell, practice finance manager across all three offices, has been made partner designate.

Powell Williams' core services include acquisition and vendor's surveys, dilapidation strategies, refurbishment, maintenance, expert witness advice, project management and development monitoring.
The firm operates from offices in Chester, Birmingham and London, and clients include Aviva, Standard Life, BP Investment Management, ITV, Boots and F&C Reit.
