Promotion for CBRE’s Seddon and Bostock

CB Richard Ellis has promoted Angela Seddon and Tony Bostock to lead its building consultancy teams across the North West.

Seddon, who has worked at CBRE for more than a decade, will head up the five-strong team in Manchester, while Bostock will lead the Liverpool unit of six.

Both Seddon and Bostock are currently jointly engaged in leading the building consultancy team as it carries out work with Bank of England, Highcross, and Peel's Wirral Waters scheme.

"In current market conditions and with a growing amount of environmental legislation affecting commercial properties, there are increasing pressures on owning, maintaining, developing and investing in property," said Seddon.

"We are looking forward to leading the team in continuing to thoroughly understand our clients' businesses and the markets in which they operate and being able to respond to their needs with the appropriate specialist skills."

The former head of building consultancy, Michael Robson, left the firm last month to direct Gerald Eve's national building consultancy team.
