Prime Group’s Maple Court fully let
A flurry of leases, including 5,000 sq ft to Focus Group, has meant the 23,500 sq ft Swinton office complex is now full.
Located with the M60 Office Park off Wynne Avenue, Prime Group’s Maple Court is a 20-minute drive from Manchester city centre.
Focus Group has taken space on the ground floor of Maple Court, while GCS Support Services and Arkle Insolvency both signed five-year leases for space on the second.
GCS will occupy 3,300 sq ft, while Arkle will take just under 2,000 sq ft.
While much is often made of the city centre office scene, Prime Group commercial director Imran Younus spoke about how the deals show the strength of the out-of-town commercial market.
“Our performance over the summer shows the continued recovery of the office market post-Covid, and highlights the strategic importance of out-of-town business parks,” Younus said.
“M60 Office Park is located just one minutes’ drive from Junction 16 of the M60 Manchester orbital motorway and the gateway to the North West.”
JLL and Cushman & Wakefield are the joint agents for M60 Office Park. Prime was legally represented by Kuits’ commercial property team on the deals.
Richard Wharton, director of office agency at JLL, stated: “These deals reflect the quality of office space, secure parking, landscaped environment and exceptional amenity including on-site café, gym and cycle hub with showers and changing facilities which Prime Group have provided at M60 Office Park.”

Imran has some very imaginative claims about the location. How many minutes bus ride to Manchester?
