Plastics manufacturer signs in Wrexham
Northern Industrial Properties has completed a letting of 25,770 sq ft on Wrexham Industrial Estate to AST Plastic Containers UK LLP.
German-owned AST took the property on a 10-year lease as part of its investment programme in manufacturing in the UK.
Northern Industrial Properties was represented by Mason & Partners and Legat Owen.
Jon Swain of Mason & Partners, joint letting agent with Legat Owen, said: "The facilities at this property, including a high-powered electricity supply, suit AST's requirements perfectly and we look forward to seeing their business grow."
