Plans submitted for Salford homes
The Higher Broughton Partnership, a consortium of Sigma Inpartnership, Salford City Council and Royal Bank of Scotland, has appointed Countryside Properties to build 80 homes.
A planning application has been submitted for a mixture of three-, four- and five-bedroom properties on six acres including 25 homes to be funded and managed by an undisclosed housing association. The partnership has so far created 250 houses, a community centre and refurbished a school.
Graeme Hogg, director of Sigma Inpartnership, said: "The partnership programme is now entering the next phase of development and it's exciting to see the strategic thinking translate into high quality properties and valuable services for residents of Salford.
