Plan ahead: Place’s 2023 events calendar is live

Expect a return of your favourite networking socials and conferences, as well as a series of new events that you will not want to miss.

Place North West’s signature events are the perfect way to gain the latest market analysis and meet your next great connection. With that in mind, you can now book your tickets to our 2023 line-up of events.

Many of our classic conferences will be returning, including Meet the Authorities, Industrial + Logistics, and Greater Manchester Development Update.

We’ll also bring back our net zero conference as Sustainability in Practice: how to green the built environment, thus broadening its focus beyond just carbon.

Joining our dynamic event listing this year are Education Property and PBSA and Innovation in Property. The latter will cover everything from alternative materials to proptech, while also delving into innovation corridors and science parks.

Place veterans will also recognise the return of the Cumbria Development Update – which will be particularly timely as the county undergoes a council shake-up.

Here is the full list of events.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Sponsors already confirmed for next year’s events include Onward Homes, JMW Solicitors, Aew Architects, Lexington, Wates, Castle Green, Trowers & Hamlins, Martin Property Group, Net Zero UK, Panattoni, Kuits Solicitors, LUC, Hollis, Morgan Sindall Construction, Turley, CampbellReith, Waterman Group, HyperCity, ClearFibre, Telcom, Blackpool Makes It Work, and WSP.
