Place North to host pre-MIPIM delegation dinner 

Those signed up as Place partners for the 2025 edition of the international property expo will gather to share ideas and meet key decision makers from across the region a month before boarding the plane to Cannes.

The first-ever Place North delegation dinner will form a vital part of the preparation for MIPIM and will take place at Hotel Voco in Manchester.

The intimate evening gathering will only be open to Place North’s MIPIM delegation and will feature a keynote speech from the event organiser, providing an inside track on what to expect from MIPIM 2025.

In addition, the dinner will offer a full evening of quality facetime with senior local authority figures and business leaders working in the built environment across the North.

2025 will see Place North host MIPIM’s first ever stand dedicated to the North of England. It will be located on the UK Pavilion within the exhibition centre.

Keen to take advantage of the opportunities on offer, Place North’s MIPIM delegation is growing weekly and includes a mixture of local authorities, policy leaders, investors, engineers, solicitors, architects, and more.

Recent additions to the delegation include design practices MLA and WW+P.
